Responsibilities
- Analyze client requirements and translate them into feasible software designs.
- Develop, modify, test, and maintain full-stack Java enterprise software applications.
- Automate software validation by designing and executing test cases, scenarios, and usage cases.
- Troubleshoot defects, perform root-cause analysis, and improve software performance and availability.
- Coordinate with project managers, functional teams, systems analysts, engineering staff, and customers.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, code comments, and project status updates.
- Support software installation, implementation, continuous integration, deployment, monitoring, and release activities.
- Gather customer requirements and clarifications, respond to requests, track faults, and support on-time delivery.
- Participate in continuing education and training to learn new programming languages and improve team support.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory full-stack Java enterprise development skills.
- Experience designing, coding, testing, debugging, documenting, and maintaining software applications.
- Ability to analyze requirements, software processes, system flows, data usage, and work processes.
- Ability to collaborate with clients, project managers, analysts, functional teams, and engineering staff.
- Ability to prepare accurate technical documentation, reports, and project status updates.
- Ability to support customer communication, issue tracking, quality assurance, and on-time delivery.
- Willingness to complete training and certifications and remain current with programming best practices.
