Base Salary
$207k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and optimize scalable batch and streaming data pipelines for loading enterprise data into Gemini Enterprise.
- Develop high-performance data warehousing solutions using schema design and data modeling for search, AI models, and analytics.
- Implement data governance, quality monitoring, and alerting systems to maintain data integrity and trustworthiness.
- Enforce data privacy and security policies, including access controls and data wipeout procedures for enterprise data.
- Partner with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to define requirements and deliver data infrastructure for new product capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Eight years of experience programming in C++, Java, Python, Kotlin, or Go.
- Five years of experience testing and launching software products.
- Three years of experience with software design and architecture.
- Experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows.
- Preferred: master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Preferred: eight years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- Preferred: three years of experience leading project teams and setting technical direction.
- Preferred: three years of experience in a complex, matrixed organization involving cross-functional or cross-business projects.
