Responsibilities
- Work with engineers, architects and business teams on technology supporting HSBC globally.
- Develop digital products and improve existing services depending on team placement.
- Test, maintain and support software and systems used by colleagues and customers.
- Monitor performance, investigate technical issues and recommend improvements.
- Participate in technical training, coaching, self-directed learning and hackathons over the two-year programme.
Requirements
- Be available to work full-time from July 2027.
- Have obtained or expect to achieve a 4.0 cumulative GPA or equivalent 2.1 degree from a recognised university.
- Have graduated or completed studies before July 2027.
- Be fluent in English.
- Be legally permitted to work in Poland for the full programme duration and beyond without requiring HSBC visa sponsorship.
- Submit no more than one application per recruitment cycle.
