Responsibilities
- Build new software functionality for Cisco Webex based on product requirements.
- Perform peer code reviews and automate development chores.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, planning, release, and retrospective meetings.
- Use AI responsibly to accelerate development.
- Develop technical and soft skills through training programs.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of professional software development experience.
- BSc or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
- Proficiency in C/C++ or Rust.
- Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills in English are preferred.
- Knowledge of WebRTC or SIP protocols is preferred.
- Experience reviewing AI-generated code is preferred.
- Experience steering AI through context and prompt design is preferred.
- Collaborative attitude and eagerness to learn are preferred.
