Responsibilities
- Design and execute manual test plans for new features and releases.
- Build and maintain automated test suites including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
- Perform exploratory testing to identify edge cases and unexpected issues.
- Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines to catch regressions early.
- Test AI agent outputs for accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
- Collaborate with engineers to define test coverage and quality standards.
- Document bugs clearly and prioritize fixes with the team.
- Help establish QA best practices as the team grows.
Requirements
- Proven experience in both manual testing and test automation.
- Strong background in building automated test frameworks like Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium.
- Experience testing web applications and APIs.
- Experience testing AI/ML systems or non-deterministic outputs.
- Background in testing smart contracts or blockchain applications.
- Ability to think like a user and an attacker to find issues others miss.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating tests into deployment workflows.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
