Responsibilities
- Configure and support packaged and SaaS applications to align features with business requirements.
- Manage software releases and help maintain application stability, compatibility, and performance.
- Optimize application configurations to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues collaboratively.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Act as an SME, contribute to team and cross-team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentor team members.
- Monitor application health and coordinate timely issue resolution.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in SAP BRIM Contract Accounting FI-CA.
- Proficiency in SAP BRIM Contract Accounting FI-CA is required.
- Strong understanding of configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications.
- Experience with application programming interfaces and low-code platforms.
- Ability to manage software releases and ensure system stability and performance.
- Experience troubleshooting complex application issues and using integration techniques across multiple systems.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
