Responsibilities
- Manage, optimize, install, upgrade, maintain, migrate, and stage Tungsten Total Agility infrastructure.
- Train unstructured documents for classification and extraction within Tungsten Total Agility.
- Support developers with configuration and troubleshooting and coordinate with Tungsten support on issues, logs, fixes, and workarounds.
- Perform infrastructure troubleshooting and root-cause analysis across connectivity, security, servers, networks, load balancers, SSL, OTTA, LDAP synchronization, and high availability.
- Install, upgrade, maintain, and support Tungsten Insights, including KAFTA, customer solutions, and test harnesses.
- Develop solutions using Tungsten and C#.
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of Tungsten Total Agility architecture and infrastructure.
- Several years of engineering or production-support experience with Windows, Active Directory, and high-availability configurations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft SQL, server, storage, network, virtualization, and cloud technologies.
- Experience with monitoring and performance-tuning tools and understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements.
- Experience with client-side scanning and indexing using Tungsten Express, Tungsten Workspace Validation and Scan web-client, Personal Scanners, and High-Speed Scanners.
- Experience installing, upgrading, maintaining, migrating, and troubleshooting Tungsten Total Agility and Tungsten Insights.
- Development skills in Tungsten and C#.
