Responsibilities
- Design and maintain a centralized repository of CLAUDE.md project context files.
- Create custom Claude Code slash commands and workflows tailored to Coinme's stack.
- Implement and manage GitLab CI/CD integration for Claude Code.
- Build and deliver structured training programs for engineering teams.
- Monitor engineering adoption metrics and design targeted interventions.
- Develop and maintain a playbook of best practices and workflow recipes.
- Partner with Engineering Leadership to define proficiency benchmarks.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging Claude Code capabilities.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a software engineer with production coding experience.
- Deep proficiency with Claude Code and comparable AI coding assistants.
- Experience implementing and integrating with agentic harnesses.
- Experience building developer tools or internal platforms.
- Ability to teach technical concepts to engineers at varying skill levels.
- Experience with CI/CD pipeline design and automation.
- Strong understanding of Git workflows and code review processes.
- Experience working with REST APIs for data integration.
- Comfort navigating large, multi-repo codebases.
- Excellent written communication skills.
