Responsibilities
- Develop firmware for Marvell SerDes IP.
- Develop and verify new firmware modules.
- Contribute to the CI/CD process.
- Deliver module documentation, design specifications, firmware source code, and build scripts.
- Perform debugging, bring-up, and production firmware development.
- Collaborate with firmware, design, application, and SoC teams.
Requirements
- Be a third- or fourth-year BS student or a master’s student in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Have knowledge of microcontrollers and embedded firmware design, development, and debugging.
- Demonstrate strong Python programming skills.
- Microcontroller programming experience is a plus.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins is a plus.
- C/C++ programming experience in a bare-metal embedded environment is a plus.
- Knowledge of chip design simulation and verification is a plus.
- Knowledge of SERDES technology and PCIe host interfaces is a plus.
- Knowledge of AI, machine learning, and LLMs is a plus.
- Have strong technical communication and problem-solving skills.
