Responsibilities
- Architect and build scalable multi-agent AI systems that retrieve, synthesize, and act on complex client and engagement data.
- Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines using diverse business intelligence and vector databases.
- Build workflows that connect disparate systems and coordinate specialized sub-agents and external APIs.
- Implement guardrails, security controls, and intent-recognition layers for safe and accurate handling of sensitive data.
- Transition AI capabilities from proof of concept to high-availability production systems serving thousands of global users.
- Optimize LLM interactions, context-window usage, latency, cost, and response quality.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Data Scientists on technical roadmaps and mentor junior engineers.
Requirements
- Requires 4–6 years of professional software engineering experience and a record of shipping production-quality code.
- Requires deep Python application development proficiency, including FastAPI, asynchronous programming, and performance optimization.
- Requires hands-on experience building AI applications with LangGraph or LangChain and implementing RAG with vector databases.
- Requires experience designing and deploying scalable AWS solutions, including Lambda, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, and DynamoDB.
- Requires a strong background in distributed systems, APIs, microservices, and container orchestration.
- Requires experience moving complex systems from proof of concept to high-availability production environments serving large user bases.
- Preferred qualifications include prompt engineering, LLM evaluation with RAGAS or TruLens, fine-tuning open-source models such as Llama, Terraform, CI/CD, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Strong communication, collaboration, organization, prioritization, time management, and ability to learn new technologies are expected.
