Salesforce Solution Consultant

Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements.
- Independently manage multiple solution efforts in conjunction with Project Management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
- Conduct technical analysis to provide appropriate design solutions leveraging OOB capabilities.
- Design and optimize data models to support business requirements.
- Facilitate design reviews with stakeholders to ensure alignment between outcomes and implementation.
- Segment user stories into work items for agile development.
- Facilitate development by answering questions and supporting QA team members.
- Maintain overall documentation of solution designs.
- Develop SF configurations for proof-of-concept work.
- Stay current with Salesforce technologies and best practices.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant and/or Administrator.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a technology-focused field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with Salesforce CPQ and/or Revenue Cloud.
- Strong understanding of data architecture.
- Familiarity with middleware such as Boomi and Workato.
- Experience communicating with IT stakeholders and writing user stories.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting solutions to diverse audiences.
