Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through the software design and delivery lifecycle.
- Establish and enforce development standards for code quality and consistency.
- Make team decisions and provide solutions across immediate and multiple teams.
- Coordinate communication and alignment among cross-functional teams.
- Manage software development delivery timelines.
- Analyze complex technical challenges and provide practical solutions.
- Mentor and support junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of professional experience is required.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in Siemens Mendix is stated.
- Proficiency in Siemens Mendix and Teamcenter AWC is required.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and scalable, maintainable solutions is required.
- Experience leading software development teams and managing project delivery timelines is required.
- Familiarity with performance optimization techniques and quality assurance processes is required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
