Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and maintain custom software components across systems and applications.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and collaborate with and manage the team.
- Make team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
- Provide solutions to complex problems for the immediate team and broader teams.
- Identify and implement process improvements that increase productivity and software quality.
- Troubleshoot complex software issues and optimize legacy systems for performance.
- Support integration of COBOL applications with modern technologies and frameworks.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of overall experience is required.
- At least 8 years of experience in COBOL is stated in the additional information.

- 15 years of full-time education is required.
