Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership in system-level validation, test methodology, and automation.
- Develop test automation and infrastructure, improving tools, frameworks, CI, and regression capabilities.
- Drive system-level validation and defect resolution across pre-silicon and silicon environments.
- Collaborate across software, firmware, and hardware teams to resolve issues and support product readiness.
- Use test coverage, quality metrics, and defect management to drive quality.
Requirements
- Strong experience in software testing and system-level validation for SoC, firmware, platform software, or embedded systems.
- Proven technical leadership and the ability to guide engineering decisions and influence across teams.
- Solid understanding of test methodologies, automation, CI, and regression testing.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills across software, firmware, and hardware.
- Preferred knowledge of server-class SoCs, including RAS, power management, PCI Express, Compute Express Link, memory, and virtualization.
- Preferred familiarity with the Linux kernel, Trusted Firmware-A, UEFI EDK II, OpenBMC, or Kernel-based Virtual Machine.
- Preferred experience with automated system validation, hardware test environments, server farms, or continuous integration infrastructure.
