Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and optimize backend services using Golang and Node.js.
- Design, build, and maintain APIs supporting integrations across products, platforms, and teams.
- Design and optimize relational and non-relational database models, queries, and performance.
- Collaborate with Product, UX, and Marketing teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Apply AWS best practices for scalable deployments, security, and cost optimization.
- Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and reviews within an Agile/SCRUM environment.
- Address technical debt, maintain system stability and scalability, document solutions, and share technical knowledge.
Requirements
- At least four years of backend development experience.
- Deep proficiency in Golang and Node.js.
- Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL database design and optimization.
- Experience with API development and integration patterns.
- Proficiency in Git/GitHub workflows and collaborative coding practices.
- Practical experience with AWS services including EC2, RDS, Lambda, and S3.
- Commitment to secure, performant, and maintainable software.
- Strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Curiosity, proactivity, and commitment to continuous improvement in a fast-moving environment.
