Responsibilities
- Engage with customers during onboarding, implementation, and optimization phases.
- Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer goals and requirements.
- Translate customer requirements into solution designs and implementation plans.
- Review customer solution architectures and provide best practice recommendations.
- Support customers in configuring, testing, and validating solutions.
- Identify technical risks and drive resolution.
- Contribute to Statement of Work scoping and delivery planning.
- Maintain project documentation and track engagement progress.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share insights and improve processes.
Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in Solution Engineering, Technical Consulting, or similar roles.
- Strong customer-facing communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with APIs, OAuth, webhooks, and cloud/SaaS integrations.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues across multiple systems.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or technical degree in Engineering or Computer Science is a plus.
