Responsibilities
- Design and maintain scalable build systems including core libraries and CI/CD pipelines.
- Develop tools and integrations to enhance the local develop-build-test iteration loop.
- Automate processes to streamline the release and deployment lifecycle.
- Enforce safe deployment patterns and manage environment promotion flows.
- Extend tooling for app teams, including environment scaffolds and automated provisioning.
- Collaborate with product pods to embed reliability and incident response.
Requirements
- 3–10+ years of experience in developer tooling and developer experience.
- Experience building CI/CD, gitOps, and monorepo systems.
- Experience running production systems on AWS or Azure.
- Strong Infrastructure-as-Code skills, particularly with Terraform and Helm.
- An observability mindset with knowledge of metrics, logs, and alerting.
- Comfort in troubleshooting distributed systems and performance issues.
