Responsibilities
- Architect and guide the implementation of high-scale, reliable, and secure systems for PaaS.
- Drive technical direction and foundational decisions on system design and scalability.
- Partner with product managers and engineering leadership to define roadmap priorities.
- Identify platform bottlenecks and design proactive solutions.
- Collaborate across teams for seamless integration of platform services and tools.
- Mentor engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in the PaaS ecosystem.
Requirements
- 11+ years of experience designing and building distributed systems at scale.
- Expertise in backend languages such as Go, Python, C++, or Java.
- Strong fundamentals in systems architecture and infrastructure.
- Proven experience leading the design of large-scale services.
- Passion for mentoring and elevating team members.
