Base Salary
$240k - $320k/yr
Responsibilities
- Audit Sentry’s internal developer systems to make them API-ready for AI agents.
- Build harness tooling and context systems for high-quality pull requests.
- Automate high-volume, low-priority engineering tasks.
- Design internal tools to enhance engineering effectiveness.
- Identify and remove organizational friction through data analysis.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience.
- Experience building tools or workflows for developers or AI agents.
- Strong software and system design fundamentals.
- Genuine curiosity and hands-on experience with AI coding tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Track record of driving cross-team technical initiatives.
