Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and configuration of customized applications.
- Serve as an SME and primary point of contact while collaborating with and managing the team.
- Make team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
- Provide technical solutions to problems affecting the immediate team and broader teams.
- Oversee implementation of best practices to improve team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
- Coordinate communication between stakeholders to maintain clarity and alignment.
- Evaluate project progress and recommend improvements to meet deadlines and objectives.
- Integrate customized solutions within complex software ecosystems and troubleshoot technical challenges.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of overall professional experience.
- At least 8 years of experience with Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE DELMIA Customization.
- Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE DELMIA Customization.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and application configuration.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges promptly.
- Excellent analytical skills for assessing requirements and translating them into software designs.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Familiarity with collaborative tools and methodologies.
