Base Salary
$256k - $285k/yr
Responsibilities
- Ensure the reliability, performance, functionality, and cost-efficiency of production ML systems.
- Build key components of the ML platform, including data infrastructure and standardized service patterns.
- Implement ML-specific CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment processes.
- Optimize architecture and models to reduce cost and latency.
- Contribute to workflows, standards, and KPIs for the MLOps function.
- Design and implement automated monitoring systems for data and concept drift.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with ML or data-intensive systems.
- Hands-on experience with modern ML production stacks and CI/CD for ML.
- Strong fundamentals in infrastructure and platform engineering, including Kubernetes and cloud services.
- Experience building ML platforms or significant components of one.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence technical decisions.
- Healthcare or regulated-data experience is a plus.
