Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver technical engagements, including strategy sessions, envisioning workshops, architecture design sessions, and rapid prototypes.
- Lead customer AI transformation journeys by prioritizing use cases and advising on current AI platforms and technology trends.
- Own strategic vision and execution for AI transformation initiatives across targeted accounts.
- Design scalable, secure, and performance-optimized solution architectures aligned with customer requirements.
- Integrate capabilities across Microsoft cloud platforms and optimize cross-platform solutions.
- Collaborate with technical resources, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to align delivery and customer outcomes.
- Maintain expertise in AI solutions, AI management and security, real-time intelligence, and application architecture.
Requirements
- A master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field plus 4+ years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience; a bachelor's degree plus 6+ years; or 7+ years of equivalent experience.
- Preferred qualifications include 8+ years of technical pre-sales, technical consulting, technology delivery, or related experience.
- Six-plus years of experience with cloud, hybrid, or on-premises infrastructure, architecture design, migrations, industry standards, or technology management.
- Proven enterprise architect experience designing and implementing large-scale, complex solutions.
- Experience providing consultative guidance, strategic recommendations, and tailored technical solutions to customers.
- Experience facilitating requirements capture, prioritization, business-value analysis, and issue, risk, and constraint identification.
- Experience designing, building, and deploying AI solutions across cloud and hybrid infrastructures.
- Experience with design thinking, ideation, or similar problem-framing methods.
- High proficiency with GitHub, CI/CD, and DevOps automation.
- Python or another equivalent programming language.
- Experience with Azure AI Foundry and agentic AI development.
- Relevant certifications in areas such as Office 365, Power BI, Azure architecture or development, cloud platforms, information security, or architecture are preferred.
