Responsibilities
- Lead the full software development lifecycle for custom Appian automation solutions.
- Lead, coach, and mentor junior consultants through post-sale software implementations.
- Architect integrations using REST, SOAP, and JDBC connections.
- Design and launch relational data models and develop SQL queries, joins, and views.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile delivery environments.
- Advise technical teams and business users to drive platform adoption and self-sufficiency.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship is required for public-sector project clearance.
- Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- At least 3 years of hands-on software development or technical implementation consulting experience.
- Experience mentoring others and leading small teams through post-sale software implementations.
- Foundational knowledge of object-oriented programming, database design, and SQL.
- Willingness to travel 10% or less annually.
- Preferred experience with AWS, Google Cloud, Elastic Containers, software testing practices, AI/Machine Learning applications, Salesforce, or ServiceNow.
