Base Salary
$230k - $270k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with backend engineers, product managers, and operations to design and build user-facing features and internal tools.
- Own the development and launch of new products, gathering client feedback and iterating quickly.
- Build intuitive, high-quality front-end experiences with a focus on usability.
- Make key backend design decisions, including API design and data modeling.
- Develop modular, reusable components to support scalability and maintainability.
- Contribute to the team's technical culture through best practices and code quality.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience building production software, including frontend and backend work.
- Strong proficiency with JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.
- Affinity for good UX and passion for creating positive user experiences.
- Experience building, maintaining, and monitoring APIs.
- Demonstrates ownership and balances high-quality output with urgency.
- Strong problem-solving skills with minimal guidance.
- Willingness to work in person at the office 5 days a week.
