Base Salary
$230k - $270k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with backend engineers, product managers, and operations to design and build user-facing features and internal tools.
- Own the development and launch of new products while working directly with clients to gather feedback and iterate.
- Build intuitive, high-quality frontend experiences for complex workflows.
- Make backend design decisions involving API design, data modeling, and service architecture.
- Develop modular, reusable components and systems that support scalability, maintainability, and engineering velocity.
- Help establish the team’s technical culture through best practices, code quality, and thoughtful architecture.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience building production software across frontend and backend development.
- Strong proficiency with JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.
- Experience building, maintaining, and monitoring APIs.
- Strong UX sensibility and interest in creating high-quality user experiences.
- Ability to solve problems independently, demonstrate ownership, and move with urgency.
- At least 2 years of Python experience is preferred.
- AWS experience is preferred.
- Experience working with relational databases is preferred.
- Willingness to work in person at the office five days per week.
