Responsibilities
- Provide IT support, maintenance, and project execution for ERP Quote-to-Cash business processes.
- Design, develop, configure, troubleshoot, and debug SAP and other application enhancements.
- Support and maintain SAP SD functionality, configuration, and technical objects.
- Conduct functionality gap analyses and feasibility studies with business and IT stakeholders.
- Develop technical design specifications and maintain system, configuration, development, and process documentation.
- Perform unit testing and support functional, performance, regression, and user acceptance testing.
- Support reporting teams and end users with SAP SD and Quote-to-Cash reporting requirements.
- Analyze applications for security-protocol compliance and recommend changes.
- Lead incident-management activities, troubleshooting, after-action reviews, and follow-up tasks.
- Lead smaller project workstreams and provide training and guidance to junior engineers and business users.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, or a master’s degree with the applicable experience alternative.
- Generally 5–8 years of experience in a related field with a bachelor’s degree, or 3–5 years with a master’s degree.
- MIS degree is preferred.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA 2025 On Premise is preferred.
- Experience with SAP aATP, ATP, and Backorder Processing is preferred.
- Certification may be required in some areas.
- Ability to work independently, solve complex problems, and become productive with minimal SAP guidance and supervision.
