Responsibilities
- Design and orchestrate complex multi-agent systems for Funds Transfer Pricing and Financial Hedging workflows.
- Implement planning, reasoning, knowledge-graph, symbolic-reasoning, memory, feedback, error-recovery, self-correction, and dynamic-replanning capabilities.
- Integrate LLMs, predictive models, reasoning frameworks, RAG architectures, embedding strategies, vector databases, retrieval pipelines, reranking, and context management.
- Develop APIs, tools, and microservices that integrate AI capabilities with enterprise applications, databases, and business platforms.
- Optimize AI systems for latency, throughput, cost, response streaming, caching, model selection, and token usage.
- Drive AI technical strategy and research as a subject matter expert in financial services domains.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership across multiple project teams.
Requirements
- Professional experience in software development and system design.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL, with production-quality agentic AI development experience.
- Applied experience with agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Google ADK, LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI, or equivalent frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with multi-agent planning and reasoning, memory systems, MCP, and vector databases.
- Practical knowledge of LLMs and their use in agentic architectures, including API design and integration for AI services.
- Demonstrated mastery of prompt and context engineering, including structuring and compressing information for model performance.
- Bachelor’s or university degree in computer science or a related field.
- Financial services experience is beneficial.
- Proficiency in Java is beneficial.
- A master’s degree is preferred.
