Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain backend services powering Hadron’s tokenization platform.
- Develop APIs for asset issuance, lifecycle management, corporate actions, and token operations.
- Build scalable infrastructure for institutional-grade tokenization workflows.
- Integrate Ethereum, EVM-compatible chains, and other blockchain networks.
- Develop services for token minting, burning, transfers, permissions, signing workflows, and administrative operations.
- Build enterprise systems for role-based permissions, multi-signature approvals, auditability, operational controls, custody, identity, and compliance integrations.
- Improve scalability, observability, monitoring, platform reliability, deployment automation, and operational tooling.
- Contribute to architecture evolution, architecture reviews, technical planning, documentation, and engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Solutions teams to translate institutional client requirements into platform capabilities.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of backend software engineering experience.
- Strong expertise in Node.js as the primary technology stack.
- Experience designing scalable APIs and distributed backend systems.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, microservices, and asynchronous systems.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
- Strong debugging, performance optimization, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Experience building blockchain-based applications or infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of Ethereum and EVM ecosystems.
- Experience interacting with smart contracts and blockchain transaction workflows.
- Understanding of wallet architecture, signing flows, and digital asset infrastructure.
- Familiarity with token standards such as ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155, or security token standards.
- Experience with tokenization platforms, issuance infrastructure, institutional digital assets, custody providers, regulated financial infrastructure, KYC/AML providers, compliance workflows, or capital markets is preferred.
- Familiarity with ERC-1400, transfer restrictions, permissions models, whitelist frameworks, securities, funds, stablecoins, or real-world asset tokenization is preferred.
- Experience working in remote-first engineering organizations is preferred.
