Base Salary
$172k - $216k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build AI-powered workflows and agent-based systems.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and map existing workflows.
- Build end-to-end solutions from scoping to deployment.
- Work with AI APIs and platforms to create automation pipelines.
- Operate in a heterogeneous environment without waiting for perfect conditions.
- Help shape the technical strategy and standards for AI Solutions.
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant software engineering experience.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals with experience in production systems.
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with additional programming languages.
- Experience designing APIs, services, and data pipelines.
- Fluency in AWS infrastructure and services.
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs and AI-powered applications.
- Ability to work autonomously and make architectural decisions.
- Willingness to engage with all business systems, including Salesforce.
