Responsibilities
- Architect, design, implement, test, and deliver highly scalable products.
- Build front-end features for the MeshMesh next-generation mesh networking platform.
- Improve Salesforce’s development process, culture, and codebase.
- Ensure the quality of personal and peer code through design, testing, and review.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, user experience experts, and performance engineers.
- Mentor others in development technologies, tools, and processes.
- Present designs to internal and external groups and review others’ designs.
- Develop test strategies and automation frameworks and write unit and functional tests to improve code coverage.
Requirements
- 4+ years of proven front-end engineering experience.
- Solid knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, HTML5, JSON, and Ajax.
- Experience with one or more of ReactJS, Flux, Redux, Relay/GraphQL, React Native, Ember.js, or Node.js.
- Understanding of at least one object-oriented language, including Java, JavaScript, C++, C#, Ruby, or Python.
- Experience with automated unit and functional testing, such as JUnit, Selenium, Mocha, or QUnit.
- Experience building with Claude and similar AI coding tools using agent loops, tool use, and context engineering.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- A degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Preferred: experience building highly scalable web applications, knowledge of database technologies such as SQL and relational schema design, and experience with Agile software development.

- Base salary range of $148,500-$223,900 annually, or $178,900-$246,000 annually in select San Francisco and New York City metropolitan-area locations, excluding bonus, equity, and benefits.
