Responsibilities
- Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to scope, plan, design, and launch new features.
- Lead technical discussions and contribute to design and product discussions across the organization.

- Direct AI agents throughout the development lifecycle, from prototyping to code review.
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and improve code quality using AI tools.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in building and operating highly available services.
- Experience in cross-functional technical efforts and team coordination.
- Strong collaboration skills and customer empathy.
- A growth mindset and ability to navigate open-ended problems.
- Curiosity and initiative to create solutions for complex challenges.
- Experience in mentoring and contributing to the growth of fellow engineers.
- Fluency with AI-assisted development tools in real production work.
