Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements for artificial intelligence use cases.
- Design, train, and optimize machine learning, deep learning, and LLM architectures.
- Develop RAG applications, AI agents, and multi-agent systems involving orchestration, memory, and tools.
- Build and evolve fine-tuning, evaluation, and prompt-engineering pipelines.
- Design knowledge-graph and vector-database architectures for semantic search and augmented reasoning.
- Industrialize AI models and agents through APIs, MLOps/LLMOps pipelines, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Track production model performance and optimize cost, latency, and quality.
- Benchmark AI, generative AI, and agentic AI solutions and advise clients on suitable technologies.
- Deliver POCs, MVPs, and demonstrators to validate new AI use cases.
- Contribute to client scoping, AI enablement, roadmap definition, internal innovation, R&D, training, and expert-community activities.
Requirements
- Bac+5 degree or doctorate in applied mathematics, computer science, data science, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience on AI, data science, or machine learning projects.
- Excellent command of Python and AI frameworks for LLM, machine learning, and deep learning.
- Strong experience with generative AI architectures, including LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and multi-agent systems.
- Good understanding of machine learning and deep learning fundamentals.
- Knowledge of MLOps/LLMOps practices and cloud environments.
- Scientific rigor, technical excellence, strong communication skills, analytical ability, innovation mindset, technical leadership, and autonomy.
