Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement custom AI agents, copilots, and intelligent applications on SAP BTP.
- Build RAG, grounding, context retrieval, and agent orchestration capabilities.
- Develop AI workflows using SAP BTP AI Services and SAP Joule extensibility features.
- Integrate LLMs, enterprise knowledge repositories, and SAP business services.
- Design and implement APIs, services, and integrations using ABAP/RAP, JSON, and SAP BTP technologies.
- Conduct AI model evaluation, testing, validation, and performance tuning.
- Support rapid prototyping, PoCs, and MVP development.
- Develop reusable AI components, frameworks, accelerators, and shared services.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, Functional Consultants, and business SMEs on requirements and solution designs.
- Implement monitoring, observability, logging, deployment, scaling, and operational support for AI applications.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise security, governance, and Responsible AI standards.
- Drive adoption of emerging SAP AI and BTP capabilities.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience.
- Experience with SAP BTP Application Development.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Experience developing AI agents, copilots, RAG capabilities, agent orchestration frameworks, and AI workflows.
- Experience integrating LLMs with SAP business processes and enterprise knowledge repositories.
- Experience with ABAP/RAP, JSON, SAP BTP, SAP Joule, and SAP AI services.
- Experience with AI evaluation, testing, validation, monitoring, deployment, and production operationalization.
