Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, build, and evolve core developer platforms and tooling.
- Drive measurable improvements to engineering velocity and reliability.
- Own critical roadmap areas end-to-end, defining goals and success metrics.
- Establish and maintain guardrails for secure-by-default development.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives and guide architectural decisions.
- Mentor fellow engineers and promote best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- 3+ years of experience developing developer tooling or internal platforms.
- Proficiency in Go, Python, or TypeScript with strong design skills.
- Hands-on experience with modern CI/CD systems and build tooling.
- Experience with major cloud providers and containerization technologies.
- Demonstrated track record improving engineering KPIs.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
