Responsibilities
- Work with enterprise customers to develop scalable, production-ready AI systems.
- Design and build LLM-powered agents with enterprise-grade reliability.
- Iterate rapidly while meeting enterprise requirements for stability.
- Define evaluation and quality standards to measure success.
- Debug agent behavior and improve workflows and tools.
- Contribute to shared frameworks for consistent delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong programming skills in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- 3+ years of experience in production software development.
- 2+ years of experience with LLMs or AI APIs.
- Hands-on experience with modern LLMs and agent frameworks.
- Strong skills in agent design, including prompt engineering.
