Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design and development of production AI agents for Sierra’s customers.
- Ship features for AI agents and learn from real-world customer use cases at scale.
- Collaborate across technical and non-technical audiences to solve problems and deliver products.
Requirements
- Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- Strong technical problem-solving skills in fast-changing and ambiguous environments.
- A builder and tinkerer mindset with high agency and creative approaches to overcoming obstacles.
- Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Intern program eligibility for students graduating December 2027 through June 2028.
- Preferred: experience building or deploying AI/LLM systems in production.
- Preferred: familiarity with evaluation frameworks, agent tooling, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering.
- Preferred: prior experience with React, TypeScript, and/or Go.
