Responsibilities
- Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and collaborate with and manage the team.
- Make team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
- Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and multiple teams.
- Lead process improvement efforts to enhance team productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to align application development with business objectives.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in Spring Boot development.
- Proficiency in Spring Boot is required.
- Experience with Jakarta EE or Java Enterprise Edition is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of application architecture and design patterns related to Spring Boot development.
- Experience developing RESTful web services and integrating with various data sources.
- Familiarity with debugging, testing, and performance tuning of Spring Boot applications.
- Ability to work with version control systems and continuous integration tools.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
