Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
- Build responsive frontend applications using React.
- Design and implement AWS integrations and cloud-native application features.
- Develop applications and database schemas using PostgreSQL and MSSQL.
- Build, test, and deploy applications using Docker.
- Contribute to AI-enabled features using Python, AWS Bedrock, RAG, MCP, LLM integrations, and agentic AI workflows.
- Integrate LLM capabilities, APIs, tools, and data sources into production applications.
- Write maintainable, well-tested code and develop unit and integration tests.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, debugging, monitoring, and production issue resolution.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and architects on technical solutions aligned with product requirements.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Experience building applications with React.
- Hands-on experience with AWS and cloud-based application development.
- Experience with PostgreSQL and/or MSSQL.
- Experience with Docker and containerized application development.
- Understanding of software development fundamentals, design patterns, clean code, REST APIs, microservices, and distributed application concepts.
- Experience with unit testing, debugging, code reviews, and software development best practices.
- Preferred experience with Python, AWS Bedrock, LLM platforms, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, prompt engineering, MCP, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AI orchestration, and agentic AI workflows.
- Additional preferred qualifications include production AI application development, MCP servers, RAG pipelines, cloud-native or serverless architectures, enterprise SaaS, AI-assisted development tools, and production troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, collaboration, learning, and feature-ownership skills.
