Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end application projects, enhancements, L3/run support, deployments, transitions to support, and production defect resolution.
- Analyze business requirements, design solutions, review code and designs, validate estimates, and contribute hands-on technical expertise.
- Plan and execute delivery while managing risks, dependencies, UAT, governance controls, quality standards, and SDLC practices.
- Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies across teams and global stakeholders.
- Manage and mentor 5–7 developers and technical leads, allocate work, track productivity, and drive engineering improvements.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in IT application development, run support, project management, and business analysis, with strong hands-on coding and technical design experience.
- Experience with web development standards, integrations, security, React, Node.js, PostgreSQL, AWS services, Git, and preferably Terraform.
- Experience with enterprise-scale applications and global stakeholders.
- Knowledge of AI agents and integrations is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving, technical decision-making, communication, leadership, mentoring, and continuous-learning abilities.
