Responsibilities
- Own technical success for strategic enterprise customers from onboarding through expansion.
- Deploy the platform in on-premises, VPC, and hybrid environments, ensuring performance, scalability, and security.
- Design and implement integrations across APIs, data pipelines, and authentication systems.
- Optimize customer workflows, debug production issues, and tune system performance.
- Build custom connectors, adapters, and lightweight features to support adoption.
- Collaborate with Sales Engineers, Product, and Core Engineering to support successful go-lives and expansion.
- Represent customer needs internally and translate field learnings into roadmap input.
Requirements
- Proven success building or deploying deeply technical products in enterprise settings.
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Hands-on experience as a software engineer, solutions engineer, or forward deployed engineer.
- Proficiency with APIs, cloud, and distributed systems, including designing and implementing integrations.
- Ability to engage confidently with technical and business stakeholders.
- Professional maturity and ability to represent the company with major enterprise customers.
- Curiosity about AI, security, and enterprise systems, with the ability to learn and execute quickly under pressure.
