Responsibilities
- Shape technical solutions with customers and internal specialists through requirements clarification, technical concepts, demos, proofs of concept, and MVPs.
- Develop Data & AI applications, services, agents, and agent teams through production readiness.
- Integrate AI components with APIs, databases, enterprise systems, and user interfaces.
- Advise customers, clarify requirements, present solution ideas, and deploy solutions into customer environments.
- Automate builds and deployments, implement logging and monitoring, and support troubleshooting, operations, and further development in cloud and on-premise environments.
- Use coding assistants, agents, and specification-driven development throughout the software development lifecycle while reviewing and taking responsibility for generated code.
- Structure and estimate work packages, participate in workshops, and develop reusable project components.
Requirements
- Practical experience across the software development lifecycle, including developing, deploying, and operating solutions with AI components in production.
- Production-level Python and project experience with an additional enterprise stack such as C#/.NET or Java/Spring Boot.
- Experience with modular code, API development, SQL, and Git.
- Practical experience with agents, agent teams, agentic frameworks, tool calling, structured outputs, and multimodal voice and vision processing.
- Ability to implement permissions, error handling, and human-in-the-loop workflows, with experience in data processing, system integration, quality assurance, and DevOps.
- Consulting skills, enjoyment of collaboration, and very good German language skills at minimum C1 level.
- Preferred experience in complex agent orchestration, backend development, frontend or full-stack engineering, AI infrastructure, advanced AI user interfaces, local AI infrastructure, model deployment, or reusable development and deployment automation.
