Responsibilities
- Own the technical success of high-value enterprise customers from onboarding through expansion.
- Deploy the platform in on-premises, VPC, and hybrid environments with attention to performance, scalability, and security.
- Design and implement integrations across APIs, data pipelines, and authentication systems.
- Optimize customer workflows, debug production issues, and tune system performance with customer engineering teams.
- Build custom connectors, adapters, and lightweight features to unblock adoption.
- Collaborate with Sales Engineers, Product, and Core Engineering to support successful launches and expansion.
- Translate customer feedback and field learnings into internal product roadmap input.
- Travel occasionally, approximately 10–20%, for deployments, workshops, and relationship building.
Requirements
- Proven success building or deploying deeply technical products in enterprise environments.
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Hands-on experience as a software engineer, solutions engineer, or forward deployed engineer.
- Proficiency with APIs, cloud environments, and distributed systems, including designing and implementing integrations.
- Ability to engage confidently with technical and business stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and execute quickly under pressure.
- Professional maturity for representing the company with large enterprise customers.
- Curiosity about AI, security, and enterprise systems.
