Base Salary

$95k - $131k/yr

Responsibilities

Gather customer requirements and support connectivity solution development.
Act as the technical interface between customers and internal engineering teams.
Coordinate prototype efforts and lead field trials for new products.
Develop installation, handling, and testing procedures.
Deliver training to customers, design teams, and contractors.
Support commercialization through documentation, design tools, and cross-functional coordination.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering-related studies such as mechanical, electrical, chemical, or optics engineering.
At least 5 years of experience in telecommunications, data centers, or a related industry.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to distinguish color-coded cabling and optical fiber components.
Willingness to travel up to 25% and work outside standard business hours as needed.
Preferred: project management or project coordination experience; strong knowledge of fiber optic products, structured cabling systems, and related installation practices; telecom manufacturing experience; engineering services, technical field support, or customer solution development experience; Microsoft Office proficiency; and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
