Responsibilities
- Translate client requirements into differentiated, feasible, and deliverable solutions.
- Collaborate with sales pursuit and delivery teams to develop winnable solutions supporting client value propositions and business cases.
- Design scalable supply planning solutions tailored to diverse client requirements.
- Translate complex business needs into technical specifications in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Drive alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Provide solutions to problems spanning multiple teams and contribute to key team decisions.
- Act as a subject matter expert and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of experience in BlueYonder Enterprise Supply Planning.
- Deep knowledge of BlueYonder Enterprise Supply Planning and supply chain planning concepts.
- Experience with enterprise resource planning integration and designing scalable supply planning solutions.
- Strong influencing, advisory, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Minimum 15 years of full-time education.
