Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance software solutions aligned with project requirements and company standards.
- Optimize systems for performance, scalability, and reliability by identifying and resolving bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
- Perform hands-on coding and development while maintaining code quality, scalability, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to communicate technical concepts effectively.
- Drive technical improvements and constructive changes that enhance team performance and efficiency.
- Provide technical guidance and mentor mid-level engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- 6–7+ years of hands-on software engineering experience focused on scalable system design and development.
- Proficiency in Go, PHP, and React/Next.js, along with relevant programming languages and frameworks.
- Strong understanding of code architecture and design principles.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience as a Senior Software Engineer in a large-scale product company is preferred.
- Experience building web applications and debugging production applications is preferred.
