Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and support the Global Compliance platform for Asset Management.
- Develop high-quality, timely, and maintainable compliance reporting capabilities.
- Drive solution design, development, delivery, and ongoing support for business requirements.
- Provide technical direction and guidance to a distributed engineering team.
- Participate in code reviews, design reviews, knowledge-sharing sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Apply scalable, low-latency, and high-throughput distributed application design principles.
Requirements
- BE or MCA degree.
- 10+ years of industry experience.
- Strong software engineering background with proficiency in Java, Python, Spring, Angular, Oracle SQL, Git, Maven, and Jenkins.
- Experience with mature Agile practices and continuous integration, continuous deployment, and Acceptance Test Driven Development.
- Understanding of design patterns and fundamental design principles for distributed applications.
- Domain expertise or eagerness to broaden knowledge in the relevant functional and technical areas.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work effectively with diverse personalities.
- Asset management business domain experience is advantageous.
