Base Salary
$230k - $385k/yr
Responsibilities
- Optimize development workflows for engineers across the Workload team.
- Collaborate with Workload teams and centralized teams responsible for development experience.
- Improve iteration speed, including optimizing specific teams’ CI.
- Improve reliability by driving testing strategies for particular components.
- Address the broad range of work required to build libraries and systems that support researchers.
Requirements
- Care about developer experience and helping engineering teams work more effectively.
- Be pragmatic, able to prioritize problems, and comfortable switching between areas to make progress.
- Enjoy end-to-end work and co-design with users and system owners.
- Like working with Python.
