Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, React.js, Redux, and related technologies.
- Build, enhance, and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices supporting business-critical functions.
- Perform hands-on coding, debugging, testing, code reviews, application performance tuning, troubleshooting, and optimization.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, business stakeholders, onsite and offshore teams, and global delivery teams.
- Provide technical guidance, mentor developers, and lead technical discussions.
- Support successful Agile project delivery, production environments, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Implement AI chatbots, Retrieval-Augmented Generation solutions, and Large Language Model integrations.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in full-stack application development with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and React.js.
- Experience developing enterprise-scale applications using React.js, Redux, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Strong hands-on experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
- Experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Experience implementing AI chatbots, Retrieval-Augmented Generation solutions, and integrating Large Language Models.
- Knowledge of software development best practices, testing frameworks, code quality standards, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and independently analyzing requirements and delivering solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including experience with distributed teams.
- Experience mentoring developers and leading technical discussions.
- Preferred: experience building generative AI-enabled enterprise applications, cloud-native architectures, scalable distributed systems, application modernization, production support, security best practices, enterprise application governance, and technical roadmaps.
