Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and enhance specialized applications using SAP for Retail.
- Act as a subject-matter expert and primary liaison for application-related activities.
- Collaborate with and manage teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Customize and configure SAP modules to meet retail business requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in SAP environments.
- Oversee best-practice implementation and adherence to project standards.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional technical efforts.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in SAP for Retail.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in SAP for Retail and strong understanding of retail business processes and SAP integration.
- Experience customizing and configuring SAP modules for retail requirements.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
