Responsibilities
- Develop requirements with the product owner and technical lead based on solution designs.
- Configure and operate Amdocs Kenan Billing modules, including usage processing, billing and invoicing, payments, and journals.
- Perform functional testing, SIT, UAT, sprint deployments, production releases, and environment maintenance.
- Handle bill runs, post-bill activities, invoice validation, CDR reconciliation, MIU error clearing, and billing error resolution.
- Monitor applications, alarms, pods, health checks, and production environments while proactively resolving issues.
- Troubleshoot production incidents, identify root causes, publish RCA documents, and coordinate permanent fixes with development and Amdocs R&D teams.
- Support EKS cluster upgrades and other operational maintenance activities.
- Create and track development problem tickets and coordinate fixes through production deployment.
- Publish billing and invoice reports to management and stakeholders.
Requirements
- 4 to 7 years of experience, including a minimum of 4 years in Amdocs Kenan billing development and operations.
- Strong experience with Kenan configurations, Kenan API-TS, usage processing, billing and invoicing, payments, journals, and clearing MIU errors.
- Good Kenan Operations experience and readiness to work in a DevOps model supporting operations and maintenance.
- Experience supporting technical issues in production environments.
- Proficiency in PL/SQL and shell scripting or other scripting languages.
- Exposure to AWS, CI/CD, and DevOps is advantageous.
- Strong written and verbal communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Mindset for learning and applying AI knowledge in day-to-day work.
