Responsibilities
- Develop and ship production-ready full-stack enterprise software using AI-native engineering practices.
- Use AgentAI copilots and LLM-based tools for coding, debugging, testing, documentation, and integration.
- Build and integrate front-end and back-end application components.
- Integrate pre-built AI services and APIs and implement RAG-based features where relevant.
- Deliver robust, scalable solutions while maintaining engineering quality and compliance.
- Collaborate with architects and AI-native specialists to support seamless integration and adoption.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of professional experience.
- Strong foundation in enterprise engineering, SDLC, and domain workflows.
- Practical experience with AI-assisted development tools, copilots, and LLM-based coding assistants.
- Knowledge of AI concepts and limitations, with an emphasis on integration rather than model training.
- Experience with Java full-stack development, including Java with Spring Boot or another backend technology such as .NET/C# or Python.
- Front-end experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js and TypeScript or JavaScript.
- Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases, REST/GraphQL APIs, cloud-native development, and CI/CD pipelines.
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or 15 years of full-time education.
- AWS Certified Developer, Azure Developer Associate, or a similar certification is preferred.
